Processing & Dispatch

Once you have placed an order, our team will carefully package your items and aim to dispatch them within 1–2 business days.

To speed up delivery, if your order contains different types of products, you may sometimes receive them separately so we can get them to you as fast as possible.

Delivery Timeframes

Once your order has been dispatched, estimated delivery time is 5–10 business days. These are estimates from our delivery partners and can vary depending on your location and the carrier.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been shipped so you can follow its progress.

Delays

Incorrect or Missing Items

If something is missing or incorrect in your order, please email us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and details so we can resolve it.
